This two-day course features an educational program of esteemed educators from the University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville paired with a day of tours and tastings along the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®. Begin the weekend in Lexington at the University of Kentucky with a morning of updates on oral cancer, orthognathic surgery, and all-on-four implants. Attendees will then board a bus to experience the following:
Attendees will spend Saturday night in Louisville, then begin Sunday morning at the University of Louisville with a presentation on dental implant complications, followed by a fifty year retrospective on the field of oral and maxillofacial surgery.
The ACOMS Lifestyle Series was created to further our two-fold mission: to enhance surgical excellence through education and promote fellowship amongst oral and maxillofacial surgeons.

Registration includes shuttle transportation between University of Kentucky, the above listed distilleries, the hotel, and University of Louisville. Participants are REQUIRED to ride the shuttle, unless accompanied by a designated driver.
Participants who are flying to the course are encouraged to book their arrival at the Blue Grass Airport in Lexington (LEX) on Friday and their departure from the Louisville International Airport (SDF) on Sunday. There is a $50 registration add-on for those requiring a shuttle back to Lexington. Local participants and those arriving by car should plan to park in Lexington and take the return shuttle. This shuttle will depart from the University of Louisville at 11:30 AM on Sunday, October 20 and make stops at the Blue Grass Airport and University of Kentucky in Lexington.
