Overview:

The ACOMS Master Class in Orthognathic Surgery Series will focus on interdisciplinary problem solving in orthognathic surgery. Advanced technologies used to solve problems will be highlighted, as well as indications, planning, complications and peri-operative considerations. Teaching methods include focused presentations and video-based surgical demonstrations of upper jaw, lower jaw, and chin osteotomies.

The series is designed to allow a “master expert” to deliver a deep-dive into orthognathic principles/practices and to provide knowledge of recent advances in surgical techniques and technologies. This will allow the clinician to improve overall treatment of orthognathic patients and to effectively treat challenging clinical problems.

Part one of this five-part series will feature "The Surgical Anatomy of the Face, Mouth, and Jaws and Required Surgical Instrumentation". The live webinar will take place on April 24 at 8 AM EDT, and the activity will be posted online for on-demand reference throughout the year.
